The Arizona Origin Science Association in its effort to provide
knowledge and understanding of Creation issues, gratefully acknowledges the following
members who are specialists in their fields:
Kevin Anderson, PhD; Received his PhD from Kansas State University
in Microbiology. He then became a postdoctoral in the National Institute of Health
at the University of Illinois, and then a professor of Microbiology at Mississippi
State University. As a Professor at Mississippi State he taught graduate level molecular
genetics and served as the major professor for several doctoral and masters students.
He later than joined the U.S. Government and served as a research microbiologist
for the United States Department of Agriculture before accepting his current position
as Director of the Van Andel Creation Research Center in Chino Valley AZ. Dr. Anderson
has published over 20 papers in technical microbiology journals, and is listed in
several “Who’s Who” of science and technology. He currently is the editor-and-chief
of the Creation Research Society Quarterly. (Please visit the Van Andel Creation
Research website to see what Kevin Anderson and the other scientists are currently
doing.)

Jim Clarke; Jim has a B.S. in Geology from NAU and an Master's in Engineering from ASU.
A practicing Geologist here in the Valley, he is currently
speaking about the deception of Unifornitarianism and how it has spread through
out our public School systems and today’s society. It is the underlying lie of
Evolution that is so widely accepted throughout today’s world. “Geologically speaking
Uniformitarianism states that geologic processes operate uniformly or constantly
with time, this has been used by the evolutionists to establish an old earth and
is considered on of the main pillars of the theory of evolution. Jim uses scientific
evidence from the Grand Canyon and Mt. St. Helen’s to identify the flaws with the
theory of Uniformitarianism and to show that the Grand Canyon was likely formed
by catastrophic processes in accordance with the Genesis account.” Any Questions
for Jim can be answered by contacting Jim Clarke on the Contact
Page.
Norm Crawford;
Norm has a B.S. Aerospace Engineering from USC and a M.S. in
Aerospace Engineering with an emphasis in Orbital Mechanics also from USC. He currently
works as a Thermodynamic Modeling and Simulation Engineer for Honeywell in Tucson,
Arizona. He has been studying and teaching on the subject of creation and evolution
for over 17 years in various venues, and presents overview classes to give people
the big picture of the problems associated with evolutionary thinking. His classes
stress the importance of using Scripture as our basis for scientific interpretation
and not the other way around. The desire is to encourage you in the trustworthiness
and veracity of the Word of God, and prepare you to evangelize in today’s science-minded
world. He has taught his curriculum as a Sunday School series or as a mid-week evening
service. He has also taught at private high schools and campus organizations such
as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. For information on his ministry and/or
availability throughout Arizona, please contact him at
combatevo@yahoo.com.

Guy Forsythe; Is a retired High School Teacher from Ohio, He
and His wife Cindy have a Creation Science Ministry in Sedona AZ. Crying Rocks Ministry
is a Creation Science Ministry that mails out a four page full color newsletter
to the Sedona Area and parts of Phoenix in total about (10,500) every two months.
( Please visit their site www.cryingrocks.org
and sign up for one of the newsletters. Guy and Cindy do a good job of presenting
the truth of God’s word in all the lies that are being fed to Society about science.
R.L. David Jolly, M.Sc. Co-founded AzOSA in 1995 along with Wally
Mueller. Started Barashith Ministries in 1995 and spoke locally in Arizona and California.
In 1996, accepted the position of assistant to Ken Ham at Answers in Genesis and
moved his family from his beloved Arizona to northern Kentucky. In 2005, Dave moved
from Ken Ham's assistant to the museum department to serve as the research coordinator
with the museum content team. This team is responsible for all of the teaching in
the Creation Museum, including over 50 videos and all of the signs and text found
throughout the Museum. He has performed that task
diligently and has now left AiG.

Larry S. Kisner, M.S., Physics,
Larry worked as a research
engineer and engineering scientist in the aerospace industry for 25 years.
After retiring, he has served in the ministry as worship leader and Asst. Pastor
at Calvary Chapel Tri-City in Tempe and as Dean of Destiny College of Ministry in
Mesa. He is Founder and President of World View Outreach, a non-profit creation
science ministry, and serves as a Board Member of AzOSA.
Joseph Kezele Jr. M.D.
Joseph Kezele studied the sciences and
music at the University of Arizona, while earning his B.A. in Russian in 1971, and
his M.D. in 1975. He then completed a Pediatric Residency before beginning the practice
of Emergency Medicine for 23 years in the Phoenix area, as the diplomate of the American
Board of Emergency Medicine and a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
He is now retired from the practice of medicine, serves as President of AzOSA, and
teaches Creation Science Evangelism at Black Mountain Baptist Church.
Russ Miller; Spent 18 years developing a nationwide firm. A
church trustee and theistic evolutionist at the time, he saw a creation speaker
in 1998. Russ says,” there are 3 types of folks; those that make it happen; those
that watch it happen; and those that don’t know what just happened.” He gave away
his business and begun Creation Evolution Science Ministries (CESM) which shares
Godly edifying, life changing information thru dynamic presentations…

Mike Riddle;
As a former world-class athlete
in the decathlon, Mike holds a degree in mathematics and a graduate degree in education.
He has been heavily involved in creation ministry for more than twenty years, and
has gained such a good reputation as a speaker, that he is often a keynoter at many
meetings, including various home school conferences.
Before becoming involved in
creation ministry, Mike was a US Marine (rising to the rank of captain). Mike tells
us that his goal with AiG is to have the Marines’ famous Latin motto
semper fi (“always faithful”) be applied to his ministry of traveling
around America (and overseas) to proclaim the creation/gospel message (and thus
fittingly fulfilling the Apostle Peter’s command to be faithful in being “ready
always to give an answer” – I Peter 3:15). In his professional life after military
service, Mike worked for many years in the computer field with Microsoft (yes, he
has met Bill Gates).
Mike told us that while he
conducts dozens of layperson meetings each year, “my primary passion is to train
the trainers—the teachers and pastors—to be able to defend the Christian faith,
and then have them teach others. I see it being done through teaching workshops
here at AiG’s new headquarters and elsewhere, such as the possibility of web-based,
distance learning instructional courses, as well as written materials. We need to
be equipping more Christians to uphold their faith and to evangelize more effectively
in these challenging times.”
As a speaker, hosting Mike
will be even more “cost efficient” for churches (and other groups) who may want
to hold an exciting AiG meeting. You see, his wife Lesley will be serving AiG as
a volunteer, and will join Mike at most of his events as AiG’s on-site representative
(whose salary we don’t have to pay, and thus hosts only have to take care of her
travel expenses).
Ken Ham, AiG–USA president,
encourages supporters to have their church leadership contact AiG to have Mike come
out and impact their churches and communities with the creation/gospel message:
“Mike is a dynamic and passionate speaker, with a wealth of experience in creation
ministry. He already has a phenomenal reputation, and brings another exciting dimension
to the AiG outreach—including his ability to produce curriculum for many age ranges.
Mike’s a great speaker and curriculum developer.”
Mike became a member of AzOSA
in June of 2006.
